As a human being, I understand context and am able to pinpoint one voice when multiple people are speaking over one another, yet AI will often get confused with which person is speaking. Additionally, due to my well-developed sense of grammar, there is no chance I would make a mistake in homonyms like AI might.
How quickly can you turn documents around?
The same day if needed. It largely depends on how many minutes or documents need doing and if I have availability. At the moment, I am just now nailing my open-for-business sign to the office door, so I can take on several projects!
What sorts of guidelines, templates, and formats do you work with?
I can work with pretty much anything you ask of me when it comes to formats and templates, if it is doable within Word using formats accessible with Express Scribe, FTW, or FTR software. I have worked with, and regularly and nimbly switched between, well over 30 different guidelines during my AI platform transcription days. I warmly welcome the challenge of adjusting to new guidelines.
Are you able to understand accents?
Yes. I have listened to foreign speakers of English for the past 30 years of my life and am quite adept at deciphering accents and reflecting accurately what was said. No corrections.
How can I be sure my information is confidential?
I am the only person using the computer I transcribe on, I have an excellent firewall in operation, and I run antivirus software several times a week to ensure all things are well. My fiber optic internet connection is unique to only a two-person household. As a person of integrity, I promise you confidentiality and will do my utmost to protect your data.

Yes, please do. My landline number is +52 739 5038 and I am able to take business calls from 8:00 to 5:00 Central Standard Time. Kindly note, as of 2023, Mexico no longer observes Daylight Savings Time. Alternatively, I do respond quickly to emails.
